Academics at Maine Arts Academy foster deep reflection and mastery in the Maine Learning Results. Our subject areas are based on the traditional academic areas of Math, English, Social Studies, Science, Languages, Health, Physical Education, and Career and Technology readiness. Our courses offer a variety of learning opportunities ranging from beginner courses to free college courses at Maine state universities and community colleges through the Explore Early College program. Our students can immerse themselves in topics that help them reflect on their world while taking fine art courses throughout the day.
